Our shipping policy

Order Processing and Shipping Time  (Retail Sales)

 - All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

 - Seasonal Orders or high volumes may lengthen processing times.

Priority delivery is only available for orders delivered to the continental United States.

Delivery delays do occasionally occur. We are not responsible for delivery delays once your order has shipped.

Pacific Hills Farms ships only to the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

Shipment confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.

Damages:

Pacific Hills Farms is not liable for any product damaged during shipment. If you recive your order damged. Please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all of your damaged product and packaging before filing claim.

Damages

Shipping Damage: If the product was damaged during transportation (package crushed or open, ect) Please file a claim with USPS or other carrier that delivered your package. You will need all packaging material and product. Take as many photos as reasonably possible to support your claim.

Product Damage not related to carrier: If the product was not damaged by the carrier. You will need all packaging material and product. Take as many photos as reasonably possible to support your claim. You must file your damage claim within 48 hour of receiving your order. Submit your claim  by email to Info@PacificHillsFarms.com

Unsatisfactory Items 

If you are unhappy with the quality or condition of your purchased product please contact us.

At our discretion we will replace damaged or unsatisfactory items. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the consumer for all replaced items. 

We cannot provide refunds or store credit.
